I would highly recommend Bio-One Duval County. I had a house full of 37 years worth of hoarded items. They cleaned it completely out. I can now walk freely around my house. Ginger and Jamie were so helpful and would call and ask if they had a question about keeping or getting rid of certain items and they kept items that I requested them to keep.

Bio-One came through during a very difficult time in ours lives. My Father-in-law passed away unexpectedly, not only were they informative, and helpful, but they were compassionate, and caring. Ginger was amazing, helping us navigate the insurance process and kindly offered advice based on her experience. In addition, they did an amazing job with the house, not to get too graphic, but it was very messy, they checked for biological waste and made sure that the house was safe and breathable.
